Color is a helpful clue, but a round white button and an old square white button point to different systems.

Keep the scope in view

These pages organize official manufacturer evidence. They do not turn a matching brand or MHz value into an exact opener-model confirmation. Use the finder or linked manufacturer manual for the next check.

Read the shape before the color

A white button illustrates why color alone fails: the current round white Security+ 3.0 entry differs from an older white square DIP entry. Yellow also has older square equipment in the identification chart. Purple can fade brown, while red can appear orange. Use the nearby antenna and model sticker as supporting clues, and leave the result unknown if those details disagree.
